IN- AND OUTSIDE WASHING UNIT

The SERVOLIFT washing system guarantees optimal and efficient container
cleaning as a full validatable, automated process. This is based on a 4-fold
washing program, which is combined with user and recipe management
allows reproducible washing cycles.
Interior and exterior cleaning of containers can be done simultaneously. The
installation of this system is particularly suitable for existing washrooms.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

  • fully validatable internal and external cleaning
  • requires only little space in the washroom
  • can be combined with separate drying station
  • one after the other or simultaneously inside and outside external cleaning of containers
  • water consumption approx. 50 l/min for consecutive and 100 l/min for simultaneous internal and external washing
  • detection of the correct container position (collision prevention), optional containerheight detection with automatic loading of specific recipe parameters
  • detection and implementation of specific parameters
  • secured door
  • recipe controlled system with logging and security access
  • easy installation in the existing washroom
