MINI-BATCH BLENDER
The mini-batch blender is designed for R&D, pilot plants, and small-batch production and offers a high degree of flexibility when handling a wide variety of containers.
The newly designed chassis allows for direct loading of SERVOLIFT containers up to 150 L using a standard pallet jack. The integrated lifting function automatically positions the container in the optimal mixing position—with secure clamping, ideal mixing geometry, and convenient operation.
Using interchangeable adapters, palletized drums can also be processed. The system is particularly well-suited for pilot operations, small-batch production, and test blends.
Thanks to mobile or stationary configurations as well as interchangeable blending containers (containers, round vessels, double cones, V-shaped vessels), the system is extremely versatile. Optional shredders, spray systems, or NIR technology further expand its range of applications.
